Hurgada leto 2026 - najpoznatija destinacija za letovanje na Crvenom moru, nalazi se 475 km južno od Kaira. Nekada ribarsko selo, turistički počinje da se razvija sedamdesetih godina i danas predstavlja jedno od najznačajnijih modernih letovališta Crvenog mora. Sam grad ima oko 250.000 stanovnika a sastoji se iz tri dela: El Dahar (stari centar – arapski deo koji je zadržao orijentalni duh), Sakkala, noviji centar, i El Memsha, moderan turistički deo sa dugim šetalištem. Na obali dugoj 45 km u ponudi je oko 250 hotela raznih kategorija, a u široj zoni od 70 km izgrađena su i nova letovališta El Gouna, Makadi bay, Sahl Hasheesh i Soma bay. Hoteli su većinom na bazi all inclusive usluge.
